True Soulmates
Are You Looking for Your TrueSoul Mate?
What does the term “True Soul Mate” mean?
Is a soulmate someone who is your alter-ego? Or, is it a person who “completes” you? Is it someone who can read your thoughts, finish your sentences, laughs at the same jokes, cries over the same sad tales?
Wikipedia.org says: “Soulmate (or soul mate) is a term sometimes used to designate someone with whom one has a feeling of deep affinity, friendship, love, strong intimacy, sexuality, or compatibility.
A related concept is that of the twin flame or twin soul - thought to be the ultimate soulmate, the one and only other half of one’s soul, for which all souls are driven to find and join.
However, not everyone who uses these terms intends them to carry such mystical connotations; they are sometimes used simply as an expression of strong emotional feeling for someone.”
My definition of Soul Mate is simply someone you have chosen to spend the rest of your life with — that special someone that you love being with and who loves being with you above all others. Its as if you wander through life searching for something - someone - but you don’t even realize you are searching. Then, one day he or she comes into your life. You probably were not expecting it to happen. You will say (if asked) that you were not even looking. But, you were. We all are.
I have found my soulmate — have you?
This site is loaded with information about how to get and give the most in a romantic relationship - that person you believe is your true soulmate. Soul mates are not like grapes hanging from a bush - they are, in fact, usually unique. The person who has more than one in a lifetime is as rare breed.
Can that happen? Yes, of course. We are not robots or people without feelings or emotions. Things happen. I know of one woman who will tell you with passion, “I have been fortunate enough to have been cherished by two men in this life. My first soulmate left me in death. Then God sent another into my life. I am so blessed.”
A few years ago a popular song called Endless Love (by Lionel Richie and Diana Ross) said it this way:
My love, There’s only you in my life
The only thing that’s bright
My first love, You’re every breath that I take
You’re every step I makeAnd I … I want to share All my love with you
No one else will do…And your eyes, Your eyes, your eyes
They tell me how much you care
Ooh yes, you will always be
My endless loveTwo hearts, Two hearts that beat as one
Our lives have just begun
Forever. Ill hold you close in my arms
I cant resist your charmsAnd love Oh, love Ill be a fool For you,
I’m sure You know I don’t mind
Oh, you know I don’t mindcause you, You mean the world to me
Oh I know I know Ive found in you
My endless love.
That’s what finding and marrying your true soul mate is all about. It is an endless love, a love where two hearts beat as one. A love that truly never dies.
